Applications are open for next year's graduate programme in Zurich, Pune, Monterrey and Singapore.
The programme runs for 18 months with three rotations: an engineering centre, a service team, and a customer site. Graduates finish with a permanent role in the practice area they chose and a mentor for the following year.
We look for control, electrical, mechanical, software and data engineering graduates, and we reply to every application within two weeks, with a reason if the answer is no.
"The customer site rotation is the one people remember," said Jonas Bruhn, Chief Operating Officer, who runs the programme. "It is where you find out whether the thing you designed in the first rotation actually works at three in the morning."
