Early careers

An 18 month graduate programme with three rotations, and apprenticeships in Switzerland and Germany.

Graduate programme

An 18 month programme in Zurich, Pune, Monterrey and Singapore with three rotations:

  1. An engineering centre, building and testing systems alongside senior engineers.
  2. A service team, supporting live plants and learning what breaks and why.
  3. A customer site, embedded with the plant's own team for a project.

Graduates finish with a permanent role in the practice area they chose and a mentor who stays with them for the following year.

We look for control, electrical, mechanical, software and data engineering graduates. Applications for next year's intake are open; see the newsroom announcement.

Apprenticeships

Four-year apprenticeships in automation and electrical engineering in Switzerland and Germany, following the national apprenticeship frameworks. Apprentices spend their final year on a customer site with a service team.

Internships

Summer internships of 10 to 12 weeks at each engineering centre, paid, with a real project and a named supervisor. Applications open each January.

What we are looking for

Curiosity about how things work, the willingness to say "I do not know" and the habit of asking why. Grades matter less than the practical exercise.
